Located along the western edge of Lake Marion, Santee State Park is an excellent place to see migratory birds. Songbirds can found working through the trees along the lakeshore, while waterbirds and raptors can be see on and over the lake. This program is part of a new partnership with our state parks - join our Audubon guide for pleasant, lakeside walk at this migration hotspot. There is a $10 fee to participate, due upon arrive at the park's visitor center. Don't have binoculars? No problem! We'll have some extras on-hand to share.
