The Audubon Center at Francis Beidler Forest offers a choice of three week-long summer day-camps during June and July. We will have two weeks of Swamp Camp (for 6-12 year olds) and one week of Advanced Camp (for 13-16 year olds) in 2017. Francis Beidler Forest contains the largest remaining stand of virgin, cypress-tupelo swamp in the world. This is the perfect setting for stimulating a child's love for nature!
The Amazing Migrations will be the 2017 theme to guide campers through the week. Campers will learn about animals that migrate, and that includes not just birds but all kinds from mammals to insects, and how our world is much more connected than we might realize!
